HER Reflection Circle is a sacred virtual space for women to slow down, tune in, and speak up. Healing happens when we allow our deepest expressions to arise through writing. Through guided journaling and open discussion, we explore the stories we’ve been told, the truths we’ve hidden, and the voices waiting to be heard. I will bring the journal prompts for the specific areas we are working through and you bring the list provided below. You can also make you space beautifully comfortable by having a candle, beverage, incense, essentials oils, and whatever else you want to make your space inviting.
